About the Master's degree
Rising Roots of Change : Young Minds for a Greener Future
The conference you'll discovering this day is organized by the dynamic students and passionate coordinators of the international Plant Science Master's degree entitled of the University of Clermont Auvergne.
This program of excellence offers comprehensive training in plant sciences, from the molecular level to agroecosystems. It is based on two complementary tracks:
-
Plant Plasticity in Changing Environments – exploring plant adaptation from gene to
whole plant.
-
Plants in Sustainable Agro-ecosystems – interested in the interactions of plants with their environment from the field to the territory.
Designed to address current agroecological and societal challenges, this Master's degree offers multidisciplinary training, strongly rooted in research and open to international opportunities. Courses are taught primarily in English and allow for mobility to partner European universities, with the possibility of a dual degree.
In collaboration with renowned research laboratories and agricultural sector stakeholders such as Limagrain and the Vegepolys Valley cluster, this program provides students with the tools to become agents of change, whether in research, innovation, or regional development.
This conference reflects our collective commitment to promoting plant sciences, sharing knowledge, and building bridges between students, researchers, professionals, and citizens.
Together, we are growing the future.
